Check G.I for pallets delivery. (Replenish stock if urgently needed)
- If this is something that you need to do please contact your State Manager/ Supervisor first to approve extra time.
Replenish hand stock & labels faced out.
(All live lines – Ezy Storage, All set ranged products)
Tidy and face stock to POG. (95% – 100%.) If you are having issues with stores cutting deleted and deranged products into Bays or moving around products from the POG please report to your State Manager and in your calling cards.
Gaps scanned and investigated.
- Possible reasons – “OOS”, “order swept” or “delivery in G.I.”
Inventory report check and adjusted. (SOH) If required per emails sent.
Topstock report checked and requested down. (Must communicate with store)
Labels to be updated. (Damaged or more than 6 months old)
Write off damaged skus. (Remove, adjust SOH, and throw away)
Request Lids if needed. (Check around before requesting – Provide PO)
When ordering replacement or non received lids you MUST provide the Journe code and NOT the Fineline. This code can be seen when you scan a product. There is a Cognito form for this so let us know if you need the link.
